Ruby and Astro had puppies on March 28!!

Most of the puppies are now being spoiled in their new homes.  Whimsy (Thursday) is in Grand Forks.  You may see Penny (Friday) if you are out and about in Chemainus.  Jordy (Saturday) is a resident of Gabriola Island.  Nora (Sunday) will be going to the big city of Surrey soon.  Rosarita (Wednesday)  has started to discover the Comox Valley.  Magic (Wednesday) will be staying with us.  You might see her in Nanaimo or at a future dog show.

Here are the 8 week old pictures.  Click on the thumbnail for the full image.  First trip to the vet was May 26 for exam, vaccines and microchips.

7 weeks old.  They are getting outside and are starting their house (pee pad) and crate training.

Click here for a funny video.  There is a dog bed that is like a giant toque.  Penny went into it before Nora and Magic decided to try to prevent her from getting out.

Puppies are 6 weeks old today.  Pictures are a challenge as they are either sleeping or on the move.

Crate training started on May 9 (video).  After the crate training, they get to play.  They soon realize that the crate is a happy place.

It is May 2 and the puppies are 5 weeks old.  They are starting to take over more of the house.

Ruby (Ruby Tuesday) is starting to wean her puppies.  They can all walk and stand and wrestle with their littermates. Pictures from April 24.

These pictures are from April 17 (20 days old).  All the eyes opened this week.

We carefully select the best homes for our puppies. If you are interested in a puppy, please complete our puppy questionnaire

If you have any questions or would like to know more about our puppies, don’t hesitate to contact us (nadine@havanangel.ca)

Our puppies are born and raised in our house. As they spend the first critical weeks of their lives, they learn to socialize and interact with people, preparing them to become wonderful companions for their new families.  Before they leave for their new homes, they will receive their first set of vaccinations, start learning to walk on a leash, be partially house trained, and crate trained.  After their first set of vaccinations, our puppies will have several socialization visits. These interactions help them adjust to new environments and different people.
